These delicious appetizers will knock the socks off of your guests. Sweet peach, vanilla and fig flavors mixed with tart goat cheese, all wrapped in savory bacon. Yum!
INGREDIENTS
8 slices of thin bacon
16 dates
4 oz. goat cheese
2 T Vanilla Peach Honey Cream Spread
Toothpicks
More Vanilla Peach Honey Cream Spread for serving.
GLAZE (Optional):
1/4 cup of Raw + Gently Filtered Honey
1 tablespoon of bourbon

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Slice dates lengthwise on one side and remove pit. Mix together goat cheese and Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread. Spoon mixture into the hollow center of each date.
Cut each slice of bacon in two. Wrap bacon sections around the dates. Secure with a toothpick.
Arrange evenly on a baking sheet with raised edges (to catch the grease. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip (using the toothpicks) and bake an additional 8 minutes or until bacon is cooked through.
Remove from oven and place wraps on a paper towel lined plate and let stand for 5 minutes.
For Glaze (optional):
Mix 1/4 cup of Raw + Gently Filtered Honey with 1 tablespoon of bourbon and brush the mixture on the wraps as soon as grease has been absorbed by the paper towel.
Serving Suggestion:
Top each with a dab more of Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread!
