Shipments within the Continental US

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (48 Contiguous States only) 


Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Bumbleberry Farms ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  We do not ship internationally at this time.


International Shipments

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Order processing and delivery time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone


Shipment confirmation & tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) this can take 2-3 business days once your order has been packaged at our facility. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

UPS shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as real-time rates.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Though rare, free shipping exclusions will be noted at the product page level. This is usually due to an already deeply discounted rate on the products.



Bumbleberry Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



Refund/ Return policy


We strive to make your experience a happy one.  All food sales are final. However, if your goods arrive not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a replacement or full refund.

If your products are damaged in shipment, please contact the delivery service to file a claim. We advise that you hold on to your damaged goods, photographing them to provide to the carrier as proof of damage.
