INGREDIENTS:
2 Acorn Squash, cut in half and cleaned
4 tsp. Butter
4 tsp. Bumbleberry Farms Cinnamon Stick or Pumpkin Spice Honey Cream Spread (Seasonal)
To Taste: Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut Acorn squash in half and clean out seeds
- Spread 1 tsp. of cinnamon spread and 1 tsp. of butter on each half of the acorn squash -Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown and tender
**Baste the squash with a brush every 10 minutes while baking
