Peach Glazed Easter Ham

Peach Glazed Easter Ham

Peach Glazed Easter Ham

This effortlessly elegant Easter ham lets Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread do all the heavy lifting. The honey cream spread melts into a luscious, fragrant glaze that caramelizes beautifully against the scored ham. Tucking fresh peach slices into the roasting pan is the secret touch — they soften and sweeten as the ham bakes, creating a natural, fruity pan sauce perfect for basting. With just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep, this recipe delivers a show-stopping holiday centerpiece with very little effort.

This recipe would also be great without the peaches and using our Sweet Maple Honey Cream Spread with cloves.

INGREDIENTS
1  bone-in/boneless or spiral ham
1/2 cup Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread
2  fresh peaches, sliced
Whole cloves (optional)

STEPS
1. Prep the ham: Preheat your oven according to the directions on your ham's packaging. Place your ham in a roasting pan and use a sharp knife to score the surface in a diamond pattern, cutting about ½ inch deep. If desired, press whole cloves into the center of each diamond for a warm, spiced aroma.

2. Add peaches: Slice 2  fresh peaches, sliced and arrange them in the bottom of the roasting pan around the ham. As the ham cooks, the peaches will release their juices and mingle with the glaze, adding incredible depth of flavor.

3. Glaze Ham: Place 0.5 cups Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 5–10 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Brush the glaze generously all over the scored surface of the ham.

4. Bake the ham: Bake the ham according to the weight and instructions on the package.

5. Glaze every 20 minutes: Open the oven and baste the ham with the peach honey cream spread drippings from the bottom of the pan. If needed, brush on additional Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread straight from the jar to keep the ham moist and glossy (it will melt on contact with the hot ham).

6. Rest & serve: Once the ham reaches the internal temperature specified on the packaging, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with the caramelized peaches from the pan spooned over the top.

NOTES

The number of servings and amount of glaze needed will vary based on the size of your ham. For larger hams, you may need a full jar of Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread. Frozen or canned peaches can be substituted for fresh if needed.
