Peach + Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Whether you grill or bake these, pork chops never tasted so good! Try this Peach Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop recipe and wow your family or guests.

INGREDIENTS

Pork Chops:

4 bone-in, center cut pork chop

Olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Peach Balsamic Glaze:

1/4 cup Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread

3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp vegetable stock

1 clove garlic, minced

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 sprig thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Fresh or canned peaches

INSTRUCTIONS

For the glaze:

In a small saucepan, combine all of the glaze ingredients.

Heat over medium-low heat until it reaches a low boil (just be cautious, the cream has sugar in it, so be sure it doesn't burn).

Cook until the sauce reduces slightly and then set aside.

For the pork chops:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, or heat grill.

Dry the pork chops with a paper towel and then season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place a drizzle of oil in an oven proof skillet and heat to medium-high. Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes.

Brush them with the glaze. Flip the pork chops over and brush the other side with the glaze.

Transfer the pork chops to the oven or grill and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 140 degrees. 

Serving Suggestions:
Drizzle a bit more glaze to serve or top with warmed peaches smothered in Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread.
