Honey Protein Recovery Smoothy

Promote muscle recuperation and glycogen restoration when you combine honey with your post-workout protein supplement.

Ingredients:

1 cup - 1% milk

1 T - Bumbleberry Farms Pure Clover Honey (or a single Bumbleberry Farms Honey Straw)

1 scoop - chocolate protein powder

1 T - peanut butter

1 - small banana, peeled and frozen

honey straws

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
