This is a side dish from our table to yours. Just a few simple ingredients make sweet potatoes an extra special addition to your spread.
INGREDIENTS
4 T. Bumbleberry Farms Sea Salt Caramel Honey Cream Spread, Sweet Maple Honey Cream, or (seasonally) Pumpkin Spice Honey Cream Spread melted
1/4 c pecans, toasted
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Toast pecans in oven until browned, remove, and cool.
Wrap individual potatoes in foil and bake for approximately one hour. Prick with a fork to ensure softness.
Slice in half, then plump potato flesh with a fork.
To each half, add a dollop of yogurt, a generous teaspoon of Sea Salt Caramel Honey Cream Spread or Sweet Maple Honey Cream, then sprinkle with a spoonful of pecans.
Serve up steamy hot.
