Bumbleberry Smash Cocktail is a refreshing whiskey drink perfect for cool, crisp evenings. Though it's great with fresh from the briar patch berries and mint in the summer, it also hits the spot on snowy days and just happens to have a merry feel to it for the holidays.
- 2 oz.Whiskey
- 3 Fresh Raspberries
- 3 Fresh Blackberries
- 5 Fresh Blueberries
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Bumbleberry Farms Clover Honey
Muddle berries in the bottom of a shaker with honey, mint and lemon.
Top with ice and whiskey. Shake 20 times until berries are broken up.
Pour into glass and garnish with lime slice and mint sprig.
